For three days every year the people of Waterford have a party – and you are invited!!! Spraoi (pronounced Spree) International Street Arts Festival offers free street theatre, circus, dance, music, comedy and spectacle from around the world. Welcome to our community at play.
From Catalonia in Spain, the Always Drinking Marching Band are set to bring Mediterranean musical fire & passion to Spraoi 2019!
